Seymour, Lady Janeb. c.1509; d. 1537Queen of England, third wife of Henry VIII, and Mother of Edward VI, born at Wolf Hall, Savernake, Wiltshire. She was a lady-in-waiting first to Catherine of Aragon and then to Anne Boleyn. She married Henry a few days after Anne's execution in 1536. She died in 1537, a few days after giving birth to her son.
